SpiceJet is known to be the airline that does have some fun on Holi, even if this means they get a whack from the regulator. This year, they did play a safe Holi, by making it happen on the ground rather than in the air. The enthusiastic crew of Spicejet got a wider space to dance to Holi tunes, at the Delhi Airport a couple of days ago. British Airways loves the Indian community. No wonder, they come up with a campaign or few every year to show their love for the Indian community. Indigo’s cheeky party video “6E boys 6E girls”
Indigo, India’s largest carrier by market share, recently completed 7 years of operations. And the frugal low cost airline threw a party to celebrate the occasion. Not just that, they shot a music video for the party, which even has the usually serious Aditya Ghosh, their CEO, singing and dancing, along with a few cheeky remarks for the competition as well. There are and there will continue to be weirdo’s in this world. A couple of days back, on a Mumbai – Delhi Indigo Airlines flight, one of these blokes stood up and acted violent on a plane. When he started charging towards the cockpit, the crew had to block the way with a food cart. He went to the extent of slapping an airhostess as well. The passenger was brought under control, and handed over to airport security on touchdown. These are the kind of passengers who don’t just bring us shame, but stricter security procedures! The Jet Airways Walt Disney livery in the making
If Eva Air’s Hello Kitty airplane fascinates you, recently Walt Disney India went out to collaborate with Jet Airways to do something similar. For a whole month, a Jet Airways Boeing 737-800 (VT-JGC) will be flying around wrapped with Disney characters. Here is a time-lapse video of the making of the plane.
