The Haven by JetQuay in Singapore is the only Changi terminal 3 arrivals lounge. This is a nice lounge ideal for a stopover in Changi or you can choose to grab a hot plate of food. Here is my review after multiple visits.

Jet Airways does not fly direct from Mumbai to Bali. So I had to fly to Singapore first. I flew economy on their Airbus A330-200 and was quite happy with the hard product.
