Mumbai Terminal 2, Level 3 has a new lounge which is accessible for domestic passengers. This Lounge is an integral part of CSIA and has a very nice assortment of food and drinks, apart from power plugs for everyone to use.

On the first leg of the #redcarpettrip, we were going to be travelling from Mumbai to Singapore on the Singapore Airlines Suites Class. This brought us an invitation to the First Class Section of the Mumbai Airport’s GVK Lounge.
Look inside to find details of the premium experience this lounge has set-up for all their patrons, including white-glove dining and a spa experience.

Mumbai Airport’s operator GVK offers a meet-and-greet service at the airport called Pranaam.
We used this service on departure for the #redcarpettrip from Mumbai, and were able to book these complimentary on account of our Citi Prestige Credit card which provides free MAAS services around Asia-Pacific at designated airports for Citi Prestige Credit Card holders.
Upcoming is a review of the service we experienced at Departure.

You remember that everytime you travel from Mumbai or Delhi airports, you pay a Development Fee, which is going directly to construction or development of future facilities but will not gain you comfort today? Mumbai airport levies Rs. 100 and Rs. 600 on each domestic and international passenger as Airport Development Fee. Delhi charges Rs. 200 and Rs. 1,300 as ADF from every domestic and international outbound flyer along with a user development fee (UDF) of Rs 196 to Rs 1,068 from all flyers, including incoming ones. The combined impact of these two fees has made Delhi among the most expensive airports in the world, leading to airlines dropping the swanky airport from their plans over the past year. The…
