Airbus to replace A380 Final Assembly Line at Toulouse with A320 Family FAL by 2022

Airbus will resume work on installing a new A320/A321 Final Assembly Line in the space earlier occupied by the A380 line. This decision reflects Airbus’ expectation that demand for their narrowbody jets will go up in the days ahead. Airbus already has a backlog of over 5000 jets for this family type.
