Boeing, over the past 24 hours, has cancelled a deal to purchase 80% of Embraer’s commercial aviation business as the timelines to close the deal expired yesterday. Embraer states that it was ready to close the deal but it was wrongfully terminated.

Day 3 of the Paris Airshow was supposed to be a washout, given the rain predictions for yesterday.
