  1. Hi,
I understand, today(25th May) is the last date of phase 2 flights from UK to INDIA.

Do we have any information on phase 3 dates?

    • EMD is an airline/IATA terminology. Electronic Miscellaneous Document. It is used to collect payment in the form of penalties, advance payments etc.

  2. Just curious, what’s the ticket cost for this sort of repatriation flight? Not sure if the folks who need this the most, such as students in the UK or low income wage earners from the UAE will have the funds to pay for the cost of getting a coveted seat.

    • @Zain, from UAE, tickets are expected to cost AED 1900-2300. From UK, I still don’t know. Will update if any prices are made known to us.

  3. Ajay – I am a long time reader of your blog and do enjoy reading it.
Maybe I am wrong, but some of your responses to comments by people reek of sarcasm and arrogance.
In light of what’s going on, I can imagine people being stressed and having no avenue to get information – which your blog is doing very well. Their comments are not meant to be casting a shadow on you and your work, but your responses seem otherwise.

While I will continue to read your blog, I do sometimes get put off on reading your responses to some comments.

Hope you take this as constructive criticism.

    Keep up the good work!
