Radisson Rewards, the new loyalty program for Radisson Hotels globally is ready with a new sale which is coming up shortly. Radisson will launch a promotion named Dream Deals where members will receive an exclusive 30% discount on stays booked between May 30 and July 1, 2018.

This sale will be open to all where non-members will receive up to 20% discount, and members will get an additional 10% discount on participating hotels. For the first 12 days, the sale will exclusively be open to members after which it will be open to all for bookings until July 1, 2018, and the stay period is between June 12 and September 02, 2018.

In addition to the discount, members will also earn 5,000 bonus points for every stay. The bonus points will be on top of the standard earning ratio of 20 points per US Dollar spent. The bonus points will take up to 6 weeks to reflect in your account.

The discounts are valid at participating Radisson hotels brand, Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Radisson, Park Plaza and Park Inn by Radisson. All reservations will be fully prepaid and non-cancellable. In this round of sale Radisson hotels across 750 destinations are participating, including 88 hotels participating in India.

In the last round of a similar Radisson hotel sale, there was a true 30% discount offer for members. I had also compared the rates at some hotels with OTAs, and my finding was that even after adding the 18% GST, booking some hotels directly saved ~2k per night.

Bottomline

If you have hotel stays coming up over the next few months, then this is one interesting sale to look out for. Radisson has a strong footprint in India with a presence in over 70 cities and a robust pipeline in the works. They probably are the only global hotel chain that focuses primarily on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Also, reward stays at Radisson hotels start from 9,000 points; therefore earning 5,000 bonus for each stay is not a bad deal at all.
