Now, there is an amazing opportunity to fly Emirates First Class for a very low price, as long as you can locate the relevant sector and get yourself a ticket which is running out very fast. This opportunity was first reported by Dominicus of HKTravelBlog.

Emirates has very recently announced fifth freedom flights between Penang in Malaysia and Singapore Changi Airport. This flight operates with a Boeing 77W aircraft which has 8 First Class seats fitted in (but no Showers). The route launches in April 2020.

Update: Fare Gone

At the moment, there is a very sweet fare going around on this route, which is offering a bargain basement flight for as low as INR 43000 and also available for INR 60000 or so as well. You can search for the fares on Skyscanner or on the Emirates website. For instance, have a look here.

The only catch with this ticket is, that you need to turn around from Dubai within 24 hours after landing, so you don’t have any other way to make it work here. You can buy tickets from April 2020 to February 2021 on these tickets.

The USD 600 fare is going when you are able to ticket the first Penang to Singapore segment in Economy and the rest in First Class. The USD 900 fare is going when you are going to ticket the whole itinerary in First Class.

Credit to Emirates Skywards and get Double tier Miles

So, if you’d like to earn double Emirates tier miles to gain Emirates status, you can get through Emirates Silver status in just one First Class trip on Emirates, as you will earn 35,000 Skywards Tier Miles.

Credit to Alaska MileagePlan & Get 28,035 Miles

Emirates is a partner of Alaska MileagePlan. This ticket Fare class is A / P, meaning you will get 350% miles if you credit this flight to Alaska MileagePlan. The distance between Penang – Singapore and Dubai is 8010 miles. You will get 28,035 Alaska miles if you credit this ticket to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan. This is almost very close to getting a Business Class ticket to Hong Kong or other useful flights as per your requirements.

Bottomline

This is a great fare if you have the resources to pay to get to Penang and just experience the Emirates First Class product and the Emirates First Class lounge in Dubai because usually, that is the product that costs a whole lot more than the current deal. Just don’t book any other travel so far because you never know Emirates may have a rethink at some point in time in the near future. Having said that, these are flex tickets, which means you can also cancel them later if you so wish.

So, are you booking your trip to Dubai via Penang then?
