On March 1, Hyatt introduced a new loyalty program, World of Hyatt. The World of Hyatt has today launched its first global promotion , ‘Double Points for Being You’.

 

Under this promotion World of Hyatt members will to earn double points on eligible stays between April 1 and June 30, 2017. The only catch is that double points will kick in from the second  stay onwards. Another thing to keep in mind is that only the member’s eligible room rate will qualify for double points and you must give your membership number at the time of reservation. So if you book four rooms under your name the bonus points will be credited for one room only.

Members must register for this promotion. This offer is valid on stays at all  the 11 Hyatt brands worldwide and it will take about 2-3 weeks for the bonus points to get credited in your account.

It’s good to see that World of Hyatt has started doing member promotions. Although Double Points is a very common promotion that hotel chains run from time to time. Earlier this year Starwood launched a similar promotion where SPG members can earn 2x points until April 15,2017.

Nevertheless if you are a Hyatt Elite and have stays coming up over the next 3 months make sure you register for this promotion and get the bonus points.
