I like to stay at someone’s home when I visit a place – to experience the local culture first hand. Park Hyatt in Goa comes close to that – with the Indo-Portugese architecture – the famed Pousada style courtyard villas coupled with their famed restaurants: I’d love to experience this holiday just for that. And of course the three S’s – sun, spa & swimming pool.
