Last Week At The Lounge: March 31, 2019

Hello from Mumbai guys, where it is a very hot 40 Degrees Centigrade today, and we are racing against time, Shipra and I, to try and maximise all the promotions that have come our way with the credit cards and airlines this past month. Anyhow, since we have been very busy with covering the Jet Airways fiasco, apart from other developments such as Holi coming around, we haven’t been able to do a weekly update. Jet Airways has taken most of our attention in the past weeks, with the on today, off today attempts to save them from crashlanding, and passengers being caught in the crosshairs. The airline is trying to help their passengers, but it is not easy to accommodate everyone on a 35% schedule. In the meanwhile, IndiGo is going to Turkey, then onwards to London, and other cities.

Reviews

We had a friend of LFAL travel on the inaugural flight of the IndiGo A321neo to Turkey (flight time 10 hours, with one stop), and wrote his review for our readers. It is a different thing that IndiGo is flying a smaller plane, the A320 for most of the days since the service was launched, and the A321neo is now serving domestic flights.
