US Carriers United and American Airlines cancel flights to Delhi on May 6, 2025

On account of the military action taken by India in Pakistan last night, much of Pakistani airspace is on tenterhooks, and many Indian airports on the country’s Western borders are on alert and closed to civil aviation.

American Carriers cancel flights to India.

Due to the volatile situation, both American carriers that currently operate flights to Delhi cancelled their scheduled operations on May 6, 2025. Here is the notification for American Airlines, which cancelled AA 292 from JFK to DEL on May 6, 2025.
