I guess not. Bose is currently selling these QC25 at a reduced price of 179 USD here in the US of A.
FYI, that offer is for the Pixel (1st generation) which was released in October 2016 and is NOT water resistant.
The Pixel 2, released in October 2017 IS water resistant and is IP67 rated.
