When will Air India fix its planes?

It is a little bit sad to see the state of affairs at Air India being as messy as I saw earlier this week when I flew them. Everything is broken on their planes, and the general apathy of the people in their offices towards passengers is unbeatable! They just don’t want to seem to fix the customer experience.

Singapore Airlines uses the ANA Lounges during a brief stopover at Tokyo Narita while flying SQ12 to Los Angeles. We used the ANA Suite Lounge, which is exclusive to First Class passengers, on our brief halt at this airport.

Your Air India Flying Returns account needs paperwork

Air India’s Flying Returns frequent flyer program is implementing new security measures to authenticate users, which includes a verification process for everyone, to prevent the creation of bogus accounts, and to weed out existing bogus accounts.

As a part of this measure, if you already have an Air India Flying Returns account, you should log into the account and provide the Air India team with information and certain identity documents to authenticate your account.
