One of the first discussions that happened after the launch of Vistara, was the close affinity that Vistara and Singapore Airlines share, and hence the fact that they will partner in terms of a loyalty program engagement. This was a no-brainer to have happened. As one of the parents of Vistara, Singapore Airlines was always going to use its own reach to allow for Vistara to gain traffic in India. And one of the tools for that is the frequent flyer program. Last few weeks, I’ve covered the earn and burn aspects of Club Vistara, which is the loyalty program for Vistara.
