Are flights to the UAE open you asked? From July 12 to 26, there will be an extensive number of flights being operated by Emirates, Etihad, Air Arabia, FlyDubai, Air India Express, IndiGo and SpiceJet to take Indians back to the UAE and vice-versa.
Air India has already started the repatriation mission Phase 2, but they have added loads of new flights overnight to cover new airports and many interesting countries such as New Zealand and Belgium where it has not operated scheduled commercial flights.
The second phase of the Vande Bharat mission is scheduled to start on May 19 and go on till June 2,2020. In this phase, over 80 flights are planned from 24 countries across the globe at the moment, including in Europe, Central Asia and South East Asia.
Time for the same thing to go round and round. Airlines have opened booking for flights from May 4, 2020 onwards, however, our advice remains the same. Don’t book a flight ticket at the moment if you don’t have to. You never know if this flight is going to take off or not.
