Qatar Airways is a part of the oneworld alliance, and you can redeem for American Airlines, Qatar Airways and British Airways online while raising requests to book for other carriers. From India, a trip to/from the US/Canada (one-way) in the QSuites is just 80,000 Avios and INR 21K (or you can use the doorbuster at double the Avios).
