A LoyaltyLobby reader has shared the details of Marriott’s soon to be launched Megabonus promotion. The Summer 2017 Megabonus will be valid on stays between May 27, through September 4, 2017 and members will need to register between May 15 and August 30,2017.
Marriott Rewards members who register for this promotion will earn 2,000 bonus points for each paid stay, beginning with the second stay. You will also have the opportunity to earn an additional 2,000 bonus points for staying at a different Marriott Rewards hotel brands. On top of this there will be an additional 2,000 bonus points for trying each different brand during the promotion period.
Marriott’s current portfolio currently has over 30 hotel brands. Since there is no mention of Starwood we still do not know whether Starwood hotels will qualify under this promotion. It’ll be interesting to see if Starwood decides to run a parallel promotion here as well.

maybe update the headline ? If I’m reading it correctly it’s up to 4000 bonus PER STAY, but the current headline sounded like 4000 max for the whole promo period
