Lufthansa Miles & More Bargains: Business Class to/from Delhi for half off!

Much like Air France-KLM Flying Blue Promo Rewards, Lufthansa Miles & More has a regular promotion offering discounted reward redemptions for flights on Austrian Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, and SWISS. Lufthansa has launched its newest Miles & More Mileage Bargains for April, and there are options if you plan on spending summer in Europe.

Lufthansa Miles & More Bargains Promotion Details

This month’s Miles & More Mileage Bargains list comprises hundreds of deals on flights worldwide. This includes 369 flights from Delhi to around the globe at a bargain. And flights into Delhi as well. Discounts vary depending on your destination and fare class, and taxes can be pretty high, but you’ll still find some great offers on business, premium economy, and economy class redemptions. Remember, you must book these before April 30 and fly between July 15 and August 31, 2025.

And before we go too far, understand that these flights can’t be cancelled for a refund. Your travel plans should be firm before you confirm a reservation.

Delhi to European destinations costs 55,000 miles roundtrip in Business Class, and similarly for a round trip from the other origin point to India. The flight is on Lufthansa from Delhi to Europe (via Frankfurt on the 340-600 or via Munich on the A380) and from there on an A320/21/regional jet, depending on the last-mile opportunity. One hundred thirty-nine combinations are available.

Similarly, 139 premium economy deals from Delhi on Lufthansa for 40,000 miles round-trip in premium economy and 30,000 miles in Economy.

Earning Lufthansa Miles

When looking purely at the mileage cost, these flights offer incredible bargains. Unfortunately, earning Lufthansa miles can be difficult, as Miles & More doesn’t partner with any transferable point currency, and the taxes and fees can be costly. However, if you’re interested in taking advantage of these monthly promotions, you may want to consider signing up for the co-branded Lufthansa credit card. Issued by Axis Bank, the Miles & More Axis Bank Credit Cards feature a generous welcome bonus offer of up to 15,000 miles.

Bottomline

There’s no doubt that Lufthansa’s monthly Mileage Bargains can represent a great deal. At 55,000 miles round-trip for a flight in business class, you won’t find a lower rate anywhere. However, taxes are high, and earning Lufthansa miles isn’t as simple as transferring points. Instead, you’ll want to grab the Lufthansa Miles & More card or use other methods to help build your balance. These monthly offers present great value if you have the required miles and can travel during the prescribed dates.

  1. Interesting that only the Axis miles and more card credits to Lufthansa, and no other axis card including Olympus! Wonder what the logic is

  2. Thanks for sharing. Earning Lufthansa miles as you noted is practically impossible (except the Axis card which is a lame offering). Virgin also offers similar deals through London and taxes are insanely high.
