Update as of 12 Nov: Jet Airways has seemingly pulled back the plane to go to EWR, and right now only offering the 777 on BOM-BRU-BOM.

There has been much speculation about what was Jet Airways planning to do with the Boeing 777-300ER once they started collecting them back from Turkish, where they were gone on lease for a while. Jet Airways had already inducted one of these on the BOM-HKG segment earlier this year.
The airline is now quietly introducing this prized possession on the BOM-BRU-EWR route two times a week with effect from 28 October 2011.I call it prized because of the First Class suites that are completely enclosed on these planes, and one of the best First Class products out there. The B777 service is on Friday and Sunday ex BOM and EWR.
The service for the rest of the days continues on the A330-200 which also has the same fully flat Business class seats as the B777.
Jet Airways has its own lounges at BRU and EWR, so perhaps it will be able to give its flyers a premium experience at these airports, however without a lounge of its own in BOM, it still will carry on with the Clipper lounge which is a fishmarket!
They used to fly this route with 77W before wetleasing the birds to TK, so basically they are re-introducing them on the route. Wonder if the premium market picked up justifying the replacement of their A330 (which has no first class).
@Ken I am also trying to answer the same question. But considering their planes are always full in the business class on BOM-BRU, capacity enhancement is welcome!
@Gary — Yeah, I have flown these suites on EK and TK, and the suites on TK seemed dirty and worn compared to the ones on EK.
The 777s leased to TK got pretty beaten up, I wonder whether they’ll rehab the F seats at all…
