Hilton has been giving away HHonors Gold status to Accenture employees. This promotion is valid until August 31, 2016 and all employees who complete 4 stays by the same date get a Gold status valid through March 2018. Plus you also earn 1000 bonus points per night for each stay completed.
Gold is the second-from-top tier of the Hilton Hhonors program and the usual requirement to earn a Hilton Gold status is completing 20 stays. However, they do hand it out like candy and this is one of those opportunities. In terms of benefits apart from the regular digital check in facility and late checkout, members get complimentary breakfast, earn bonus points and get a 5th night free on reward stays.

Considering Hilton has a footprint of over 4600 properties across 78 countries, this promotion should be a no brainer if you like to get the Hilton Diamond status. Even though not as strong as SPG and Hyatt, Hilton HHonors Gold is a worthwhile status to have as it comes with lounge access and/or breakfast in addition to room upgrades and 25% bonus points.
