Booking a stay with the IHG Hotels Group is going to be very rewarding if you are up for making a stay reservation like right now.

IHG’s Biggest Member Event

Earlier on, IHG spread the word that anyone who downloaded the IHG app for the first time would receive 1,000 IHG One Reward points. But there are many more promotions which are now live as a part of the IHG Cyber Monday, and they are limited time only.

Chief amongst them is the promotion that offers 10,000 bonus points for every two nights stayed by members. Remember to register for this promotion right away, even if you don’t intend to use it, because there are some strict rules around this one.

The “10,000 Points for Every 2 Nights” promotional offer is offering IHG One Rewards members the opportunity to earn 10,000 IHG One Rewards bonus points each time they complete two qualifying room nights at participating hotels. Each night has to have a revenue rate of a minimum of USD 30 (redemption or points and cash nights do not qualify).

To participate in this Promotion, a member must both register for the Promotion and book their qualifying room night stays between November 28-29, 2022 only. Only qualifying room nights booked during this timeframe after the member has registered eligible for the Promotion. Each of the two qualifying room nights must be consumed between November 28 and December 31, 2022, to receive the points.

Room nights prior to registration or outside of the Promotion Period are not included, and room nights that are part of a stay that was booked or completed prior to registration for the Promotion also are not included.

Analysing this promotion

With this promotion, you can essentially make a bonus of 5,000 bonus IHG points per night, over and above the usual ongoing promotion. So, if you have an ongoing booking and it makes sense to rebook it, you might want to consider that as well. The current ongoing global promotion of IHG offers 10000 points after every four nights.

Bottomline

IHG One Rewards has a great Cyber Monday promotion, part of which is offering 10,000 bonus points for every two nights booked and consumed during the promotion period. This can be stacked with other IHG promotions currently operating. So if you have any upcoming stays through December 31, 2022, it could make sense to rebook them now.
