Sometimes, you are looking at an amazing hotel redemption for that quick weekend getaway but end up falling short on points. Many of us would just buy points to cover up. If a Hilton Hotels property is on your radar, there’s a new Hilton Honors points bonus promotion where you can get up to 2X points for the same price.

Buy Hilton Honors points through December 2018, to get up to 100% bonus points. Each Hilton Honors members gets a customized offer. In my case, I can earn 80% more points when I buy a minimum of 5000 points during this promotion. Also, check if your annual purchase limit has been increased or not. Select Hilton Honors members would be able to buy more than the 80,000 annual points purchase limit. If you are eligible for the 100% bonus, you are effectively paying USD 0.005 per point.

Hilton has some fantastic properties around the world where you can burn your newly acquired points. The Conrad Maldives Rangali Island is a luxury island rest which costs excess of USD 1000++ per night during peak season. You can instead, pay 95,000 Hilton Honors points which, assuming that you bought during this promotion, would cost you USD 475. Hilton Honors have become quite regular with their bonus points promotions. Usually, the bonus ranges from 60%-80%. What is interesting to see this time is that Hilton Honors is letting select members buy more points than the 80,000 points annual limit. This may be an offer worth considering if you are planning on stocking up on Hilton Honors points for your next vacation.
