In 2023, HDFC Bank added many new transfer partners to its premium credit cards, HDFC Bank Infinia and HDFC Bank Diners Club Black.
HDFC Bank adds the 15th transfer partner.
After a year-long consistent run of having several transfer partners, HDFC Bank Credit Cards has onboarded its 15th transfer partner, homegrown ITC Hotels. Today, the fifteenth transfer partner went live. As you will note below, a conversion to Club ITC will be priced at two HDFC Bank Reward Points = 1 Club ITC Green Point for the Infinia and Diners Club Black.
And it could not be very significant, but HDFC Bank has also added SpiceJet Spice Club as a transfer partner. Here is a screen grab of the new transfer page that has been activated by HDFC Bank (although it is via their third-party partner Rewards360, so it works on an external site).
Here is the complete partners’ list and the transfer ratios:

If you are interested in Vistara, Singapore Airlines, and InterMiles transfers, those are still available through the older route of logging into Net Banking and initiating a transfer.
With this move, HDFC Bank Credit Cards has added yet another prominent and much-in-demand transfer partner for the Indian affluent population. This is an indication of their intent and the long-drawn thought process HDFC Bank puts into negotiations before expanding their ambit.
Bottomline
HDFC Bank Credit Cards brought their 15th new transfer partner in Club ITC and added Spicejet SpiceClub as well, as a transfer partner. Existing partnerships with Singapore Airlines, Vistara, and InterMiles continue (although they are direct partnerships, and these are via their partner, Rewards360). The transfers are now live for Infinia and Diners Club Black.
What do you make of ITC Hotels’ Club ITC being added to HDFC Bank’s Infinia and Diners Club Black Credit Cards?

The transfer ratio is poor though considering infinia and black points normally are worth 1 re.
While it is good that HDFC has added Club ITC as a partner, I am still curious about why is it that British Airways Avios has the transfer ratio as 2:1 but Finnair Plus has a 1:1 ratio ?
Since both airlines use the same program Avios and also considering the fact that one can transfer Avios points between Qatar / British Airways / Finnair and Iberia free of charge, having a transfer ratio for 2:1 on BA only seems rather unusual..
@Ashish, it is all about the contracts signed with BA and with Finnair. The pricing determines the transfer ratio.
They should work on adding Air India next as it has finally become viable since the refresh and vistara is going away soon so it should be a natural progression. Maybe even a new co brand card while they are at it as I am sure AI must be in talks with existing Vistara co brand partners and HDFC has been sorely missing.
