HDFC Bank Diners Black Credit Card 75% Conversion Bonus

HDFC Bank Credit Cards will be offering a 75% transfer bonus on five conversion partners in the coming week, only on May 24 and 25. Specifically, the promotion will be offered over the following conversion partners:

• Etihad Guest
• The British Airways Club
• United MileagePlus
• IHG One Rewards
• ITC Hotels

Out of the five partners, only IHG One rewards converts on a 1:1 basis, and the rest convert on a 1:0.5 basis, where one HDFC Point = 0.5 in the other programme. Eligible credit cards for this promotion include HDFC Bank Diners Club Black Metal and Diners Club Black only. There is a cap on the bonuses, and this is 7500 miles in the other programmes.

If the cardmember makes a Miles Transfer with multiple eligible conversion partners, bonus points will be allocated based on the sequence of redemption till the capping of 7,500 is reached. So, as per HDFC Bank, here is an example:

During the offer period, if the cardmember initiates a miles transfer with multiple partners in the below sequence:

• 10,000 HDFC Bank reward points to ITC Hotels, will get 5,000 ITC Green Points + Bonus of 3750 Green Points
• 10,000 HDFC Bank reward points to IHG One, will get 10,000 IHG One Rewards points + Bonus of 3,750 IHG One Rewards Points (Capping of 7500/cardmember reached)
• 30,000 HDFC Bank reward points to British Airways will get 15,000 British Airways Executive Club Points + No Bonus Points (As the capping of 7500/cardmember was already reached)

Remember, you can transfer 75,000 Reward Points per calendar month for HDFC Bank Diners Club Black / Metal Card.

Overall, this is a great promotion, and the heads-up is appreciated. There are no minimums for conversion, and a bonus is given to all five partners.
