Aeroflot used to operate a flight from Mumbai to Moscow back in the day. Now, Ural Airlines are starting a nonstop flight on Mumbai to Moscow route. The flight is a seasonal one, which will be operational in the summer schedule, starting on March 31, 2019.

Ural Airlines is a Russian full-service carrier with a fleet of 46 Airbus A320 family aircraft. It flies to 101 destinations mostly in Europe. They also fly to China and Thailand in Asia. Ural Airlines is a 3-Star Skytrax airline. They offer a Business class on their Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft. Their Airbus A321 features an all Economy layout.
An Airbus A321 will operate on Mumbai to Moscow route. The Airbus A321 is packed with 220 seats which are the max the aircraft is certified to carry.

The flight will be operated daily with the following schedule,
U6 757 DME20:00–05:35(+1)BOM 321 D
U6 758 BOM06:35–11:35DME 321 D
One way Economy ticket starts at INR 25k and you can book a Premium Economy seat for INR 55k.

If you notice in the calendar above, then on some dates tickets cost INR 65k. Ural Airlines are only selling Premium Economy on those dates. I guess it is a system problem cause when you go on to the seat selection page, they are selling economy seats for that price.
Ural Airlines offers a range of add-ons. The ticket includes a meal but you can add an extra portion if you like.

Seems like the launch of direct services from Mumbai to Moscow has been delayed. I was looking for Aug 29 2019 flight for my son from Mumbai to Moscow. Today, I find that there are no flights at all for August, September & beyond.
this is absolutely right it is a good newz for mumbai for new moscow routes but it would be more better if they lounge aeroflot for mumbai moscow route in future….
Aeroflot has stopped operations in India. It only operates on the Moscow-Delhi sector. Earlier it was Moscow-Delhi-Goa sector, but due to reasons unknown the Delhi-Goa sector has been abandoned.

I am not familiar with this airline, in particular I wonder if the A321 in an all-eco layout actually has the range to do this route.
My theory–which could be completely WRONG–is that the A321 is a placeholder and this will actually be a neo version of the A320.
I also didn’t find any reference to seasonality. Best of luck to them, though I personally think Aeroflot would be a better bet–if they have the right aircraft–thanks to its broader network.
By the way, Aeroflot is a MUCH better airline than people think, service-wise.
After seeing the incompetence of ground staff sending US citizens of Indian Origin back to India in a Video, it will be tough to agree that their service will be good. YMMV

Air India ground staff are incompetent toward Indians on a far more frequent basis than any other airline is.
I would not consider one bad incident as representative of any airline. In fact, many airlines occasionally mistreat passengers of many nationalities.
I stand by my opinion that Aeroflot is a better airline than people think. And I would say the same about Air India!
