Etihad Airways has just launched a new promotion offering a 20% discount on the occasion of Black Friday, for booking through Monday, November 27 and travel into 2024.

Etihad has launched a new coupon code, “BLACKFRIDAY20”, which offers discounts on booking Etihad tickets for travel between January 15 and June 12, 2024, as long as you lock in your ticket by November 27, 2023. For flights emerging in the GCC region, the code is WHITEFRIDAY20.

Using the code will offer a 20% discount on tickets booked for travel in economy class and business class. Use the coupon code BLACKFRIDAY20/WHITEFRIDAY20 depending on your location on Etihad’s website, and you will see the discount for travel between January and June 2024.

For instance, here is a screen grab trying to book a ticket from Delhi to London during the offer period. Wherever applicable, the cheaper rates are shown by striking through the full rate.

As usual, there are some Terms and Conditions to be aware of:

• • Valid on return journeys on Etihad-operated flights booked on etihad.com using the promo code
  •  Valid for bookings made between 00:01 hours (GST) on 24 November and 23:59 hours (GST) 27 November 2023 for outbound travel from 15 January 2024 to 12 June 2024.
  •  Offer is unavailable for outbound and inbound travel between 22 March 2024 and 15 April 2024.
  • Flights and fare types are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The offer comprises a fare discount of up to 20% in Economy and Business (exclusive of taxes and surcharges).
  • Please refer to the ‘Destination deals’ tab to see which routes are eligible for Black Friday discounts.
  • The offer does not apply to the ‘Economy Sale’ fare family and excludes child and infant discounts.
  • Flights eligible for discount are clearly marked during the booking process. Please ensure only flights eligible for the discount are selected when booking.
  • Please note that ‘Economy Sale’ fares are excluded from this discount, however they may appear if they are the lowest fare applicable for the date/route selected.
  • All changes must be made with Etihad Airways via etihad.com or Etihad Airways call centres.
  • In the case of ticket changes, your fare will be recalculated based on the best available fare for the route/date selected.
