I just checked into a brand new Hyatt hotel, and I find a very essential safety element missing around here. I’ve tried my best to contact the hotel management as well as corporate, but no one seems to be worried. What would you do in my place?
I stayed at an IHG hotel a couple of weeks ago with no plans to return. Except the hotel has another reservation on file for me tonight. And IHG Corporate or I can’t seem to cancel it just yet. This is gonna be so much fun, not!
