Redeem Membership Rewards Points for tickets to Amex Lounge at the Arijit Singh concert in Mumbai

In case you have been wondering how to still source tickets for the Arijit Singh ‘One Night Only’ concert, which is happening in Mumbai on January 25, 2020, American Express has lined up tickets and even set up a special American Express lounge for their cardmembers. It’s called One Night Only because Arijit Singh is going to be performing in Mumbai only once in 2020.

After the success of their Black Lounge at the U2 Concert in Mumbai in December 2019, where American Express set up hospitality from St. Regis Mumbai and had a special area marked out only for Amex Platinum & Centurion cardmembers and those who were accompanying them, with a great view of the concert. Here are some pictures.

  1. I tried purchasing it with an US issued Amex Platinum card and I was told that it wasn’t available for purchase.

    • @Sumeet — You should be able to get it from US concierge. I’m very sure you’d have to shell out 30K for the ticket though. I’ll be very surprised if they cannot source this for you.

Usually when Amex does lounge in concert, only a specific level of ticket gets lounge access, and you need to buy that level of ticket from Amex. When Amex does lounge in a sporting event, any ticket level can use the lounge using card.

The discount, though, seems to be targeted towards Indian Plat.
