Spicejet has kicked off a Diwali Sale this morning, where they are offering 300,000 seats on sale across their network for booking between October 27 to October 29, 2015 and travel between February 1, 2016 to October 29, 2016.
Essentially, the sale offers the following pricing:
- Short segments such as Mumbai-Goa and Mumbai-Ahmedabad are available at INR 749 + taxes & airport charges.
- Slightly longer routes Mumba- Delhi are available at INR 1776 + taxes & airport charges.
- International routes such as Chennai –Colombo are available at INR 3,999 all inclusive.
Additionally, if you book via the app, Spicejet is offering a further 3% off.

I think this is a great sale if you have any firm plans in mind, but you have to keep in mind that the fares are non-refundable. I’m going to give this a look this evening to see where can I fit in any of my plans with this sale.

Its a useless offer .I was trying to book a return flight from bangkok to kolkata for 8th may 2016 and the price pre-offer was Rs.4700 and post-offer is Rs.4780.
