It seems to be the time of the year when airlines want to get as much money out of your pocket and will do anything they can to get it. A few days ago, IndiGo offered a free “Fast Forward” service on tickets booked directly with them. Go First has been offering free meals and seat assignments for those flying out of Bengaluru. Now, there is another new promotion ongoing you should know about.
Go First and IndiGo offering Free Reschedules
If you book a ticket on Go First’s website between now and December 31, you will be able to freely reschedule it in 2022. However, this will only be valid if you reschedule at least 3 days out before your date of departure, and a fare difference will be still applicable. This promotional offer is only valid for reschedules on domestic flights, and if you have to cancel your flight, it won’t count.
The same promotion is also being offered by IndiGo.
These promotions are good if you have some sort of a planned trip in 2022 which you want to lock in cheap fares on right now.
Have you tried booking tickets right now for 2022 with Go First or IndiGo?

Thanks Ajay. Indigo homepage banner says “fare difference will apply”. So its not locking the current fare?
