Shopping through the portal on BigBasket is not registered in their system despite following all the ‘rules’. Despite of taking screenshots and mailing them, they keep denying and state that the purchase was not routed through shop.jetprivilege.com. There’s no way we can escalate the issue. No seperate order or tracking ID is generated, so you are basically at the mercy of JP about the miles. A frustrating experience. Despite shopping for over 5000 rupees on BigBasket in last 3-4months I have not got any confirmation email from JP about the miles I am eligible for. There’s no way to prove that the purchase was routed properly. Shoppers are free to shop through the portal but no guarantee that you will end up getting the miles. Has anyone had the same experience like mine, please share.
Vishal, maybe since shopping has to be such that ‘shop for at least INR 5000 on a single ticket’, you might have not received the miles. As per your note, you shopped for above 5000 in last 3-4 months, was it in a single ticket?
