World of Hyatt’s new promotion offers double points in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific

World of Hyatt, Hyatt’s loyalty programme, has announced a promotion today, rewarding people staying at their hotels in the Eastern Hemisphere. The promotion is now live for registration, although it starts in October 2024.

Hyatt is offering double points for all stays at participating hotels in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific (excluding Greater China)

World of Hyatt’s Be More Rewarded promotion will launch effective October 7 and will be valid for stays through December 20, 2024. The promotion will offer double points to members across 320+ participating hotels in the above geographies. That means, along with five base points per USD spent, one should also expect a bonus of 5 points per USD.

You need to register for the promotion, though, before your first stay. The promotion is accepting registration now, and the last date for you to register is November 4, 2024. This promotion triggers from the second stay onwards. Mr & Mrs Smith hotels are not participating in this promotion.

You can be rewarded a maximum of 20,000 World of Hyatt points as a bonus under this promotion. Over 1300 hotels worldwide are eligible. Eligible hotels would include World of Hyatt participating hotels & resorts worldwide and participating Small Luxury Hotels of the World (“SLH”) properties.

Only the room occupied by the member will count toward this promotion. You must provide your World of Hyatt membership number at check-in for each stay.

Unlike Marriott, Hyatt counts even award stays for the promotion, which means you can buy points cheaply right now with the ongoing discount offer and utilise them for stays. However, the check-out dates must fall within the promotion period, which means your checkout must be completed by December 20, 2024.

Remember, you can earn 500 bonus points on an ongoing basis when you stay at a newly opened Hyatt Hotel. Additionally, you can have a free Category 1-4 night when you stay at 5 Hyatt brands for the first time.

Bottomline

World of Hyatt has announced its next promotion, Be More Rewarded. Between October 7 and December 20, 2024, you can double points for spending on one room (that of the member). The promotion awards you from the second stay onwards, and you can earn bonuses up to 20,000 bonus points. You can also stock up on points for these stays by purchasing them with a 20% discount.
