Major hotel brands announced annual changes in their hotel categories in the past week. Marriott and Starwood both had quite some impact on India. SpiceJet announced (a sort of) loyalty membership programme with privileges. Etihad Guest also released a promotion that gives flyers an opportunity to earn upto 3x elite qualification miles. Also, with Uber and IHG’s new tie-up, you could earn 2000 IHG qualifying points
