Trident is the business hotels brand of the The Oberoi Group, just like the Taj Group has Vivanta by Taj. All Trident hotels are five-star hotels and presently there are 10 Trident hotels across India These are located in Mumbai at Bandra Kurla Complex and Nariman Point, Gurgaon (NCR), Hyderabad, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar, Cochin, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur. The only Trident hotel outside India is located in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah.
Trident launched a loyalty program for their frequent guests as of 2008, and over a period of time, it has taken some sort of shape as being a loyalty program which has an earn and burn structure like international programs. It also has chinks in its armor.
