Vistara has announced the launch of their flights between India and the UK, albeit as relief flights which will operate between August 28 and September 30, 2020. This would be the first foray for Vistara into the long-haul space.
British Airways implemented the new First Wing this year for their premium passengers who are oneworld Emeralds/BA Golds or flying First. Security and admittance to the lounge are now combined and the timelines collapsed. We had an opportunity to try this out on a recent trip.
The Holiday Inn London Heathrow T5 was one of the many Holiday Inns dotting Heathrow surroundings. We needed just another night to sleep before heading back to home, so it was the perfect place to finish the IHG Accelerate Challenge as well.
Arriving into Terminal 2 at London Heathrow, we checked out the Plaza Premium Lounge at the Arrivals Area. It was a great place to catch some coffee and get our bearings before we headed into the city.

I stayed at an IHG hotel a couple of weeks ago with no plans to return. Except the hotel has another reservation on file for me tonight. And IHG Corporate or I can’t seem to cancel it just yet. This is gonna be so much fun, not!
