As travel has picked up again, Marriott has been missing from the scene with a global promotion. But they are back now with a promotion for the last trimester of the year, offering points on stays between September and December 2022.
Marriott’s Global Promotion: 2000 points on every stay (Second Stay Onwards)
Marriott has unveiled a new global promotion for stays between September 21 and December 15, 2022. Members who sign up will earn 2,000 bonus points on each eligible stay, starting with the second stay onwards.
Registration for the global promotion is necessary and has already begun, so you should Register Here before December 1, 2022. You should ideally sign up now, so you don’t forget later and get your due points. This is an excellent promotion for those who do stay in 1-2 night bursts.
There is no limit to the number of bonus points members can earn during the promotional period. You can book your stay at any points-earning rate. Remember, you can always book your stay with a luxury travel advisor, such as Classic Travel which has access to rates where you can get perks such as complimentary breakfast, a free major meal or USD 100 property credit, upgrades, and late check-out without status.
Stays at Homes & Villas by Marriott International, Marriott Executive Apartments, and owner-occupied weeks at Marriott Vacation Club, Marriott Grand Residence Club, Sheraton Vacation Club, Westin Vacation Club, The Ritz-Carlton Club, St. Regis Residence Club and Luxury Collection Residence Club, are not eligible for bonus points for this promotion. Only one room per property is counted toward a member’s stay for the promotion.
During the promotion earning period, Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card holders will earn the additional 2,000 bonus points only once per participating Marriott Bonvoy hotel brand.
Ultimately, this is not the most generous promotion from Marriott, but this is better than not having anything bonused in the pocket altogether. Register here before you forget.

If I booked one 2-night stay at the same Marriott qualified hotel; would I, then, qualify for the 2k bonus per night on stays thereafter; regardless if at ANY Marriott (that qualifies for the promotion) and, for any length of time even one night increments?
