New Marriott Promo: Double Elite Nights for Marriott’s Home and Villas through December 2024

Marriott Homes & Villas is Marriott’s home-sharing platform, where they enlist, as the name indicates, homes and villas. Homes & Villas properties are run by individual owners or management companies, not by Marriott. The list is curated, though, unlike Airbnb, where everyone can join.

The home rental program allows Marriott Bonvoy members to experience unique accommodations as an alternative to the traditional portfolio of Marriott hotels. You still have the opportunity to earn and redeem Bonvoy points and earn elite qualifying nights towards your Marriott Bonvoy status.

Marriott Homes & Villas is offering Double Elite Nights through December 31, 2024

The platform is five years old, and Marriott Homes & Villas is running a new promotion. The promotion launched is offering double elite night credits for a two-night (or more) stay at a Marriott Homes & Villas property for stays between September 1 and December 31, 2024. You need to register for the promotion before you go on for your stay.

You need to book by September 20, 2024, and you can earn Double Elite Night Credits on every qualifying 2024 stay. The stay must be of a minimum of USD 1,000 to qualify, and the offer applies to Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite Members and above. A stay is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.

Registered Marriott Bonvoy Members earn double Elite Night Credits for each eligible paid night during their stay at a participating home rental booked between September 1, 2024 (12:01 AM EST) – September 20, 2024 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website. Payment for the stay must be made in cash or credit card. Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.

Bonus Elite Night Credits will be awarded to the Member’s account within three to six weeks business days after checkout. Bonus Elite Night Credits will count only toward the status year in which the Elite Night Credits are posted.

So, if you have any stays planned between September and December 31, 2024, you can pad your Elite Night Count by opting for a stay (or multiple stays) in Marriott’s home rental offering.

Award stays are not eligible for this promotion, nor are stays booked at any Marriott-branded hotels, Marriott Executive Apartments, or Marriott Participating Brand Residences that may be available on the Homes & Villas platform.

Bottomline

Marriott’s vacation home rental brand, Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy, has released a new promotion through which Marriott Bonvoy Elite members can earn Double Elite Nights for each eligible stay of two consecutive nights or more. You must register for the promotion and book before September 20, 2024. Stays can be made by December 31, 2024.
