Clearly a lot of people lost lounge access at Mumbai Airport when a lot of the major airlines moved their domestic operations there earlier this year. While everyone does not have access to the GVK lounge via their status (some of us will lose that soon due to the new JetPrivilege), or their premium cabin access, there is another smaller lounge run by the same people, which is very nice, and has a high standard of F&B as well (but not the tarmac views).
The TFS Travel Club Lounge, which I’ve reviewed earlier, seems to have expanded their lounge associations, and now has Rupay premium cards, American Express Cards and ICICI Bank as their new partners for lounge access beyond the various membership programs which sell you lounge access. Amex Jet card will provide you lounge access for yourself, while Amex Plat will provide lounge access for two pax I believe.
While I still don’t know when will a MasterCard or Visa affiliation come through, I think the lounge will also become very crowded when MasterCard or Visa start providing access to this lounge.
For the moment, this should be a saving grace for those of us who will lose access via the JetPrivilege/Jet Airways changes in the coming days. Of course, you could refer to our lounge access microsite www.airportlounges.in for lounge access policies across India anytime!

Hi Ajay,
Would you be able to confirm if this lounge accepts Mastercard now? I called the Mastercard helpline and they said that Mastercard has access to this lounge. However i have not been able to verify it independently.
Regards,
Jai
Just received my Jet Amex Card. Should be able to avail the facility at this lounge.
It’s a shame that there is no Visa or Mastercard affiliated lounge yet in the T2 domestic terminal. I read on the Mastercard lounge page to find out that there are 3 lounges in Mumbai they have affiliations to: Clipper in T2 (only at the International terminal), Carnations and Good Times in Domestic Terminal. This time I was travelling Air India to Delhi (So no GVK lounge as a Jet Platinum member) I some how did not notice that while going through the Mastercard lounge list and went looking out for a Mastercard lounge only to learn the hard way that there is none when I went to the TFS lounge and got to know that Clipper is in the international terminal 🙁 I couldnt get access since I do not have an American Express card or a Priority pass. Ajay, do you know what is the best way to get an Amex or Priority pass at low rates or complimentary with any offer? Someone recently told me that he got an Indusind Bank and got Priority Pass complimentary. Is that correct?
Since June 2017, Priority Pass has no more complimentary access in Indian airport lounges.
If I am traveling on business fro Bombay on Air France, which lounges would I have access to?
@Ra you should be able to access the GVK lounge on the international side
I have been to Travel Club lounge and the ambience is even better than GVK. It’s just too small to let enter Visa and MasterCard also
Though GVK has a view which TCL lacks. Also GVK lounge is much bigger than TCL.
The buffet spread is almost the same as GVK in TCL. The Bar ambience is simply stunning
Overall it’s a well made Lounge but just too small.
Tried to enter yesterday, using the Amex Plat reserve card.
Was told that there is a Rs 900 access fee. No Visa or Mastercard tie ups either.
Gave up and had lunch at the food court 🙂
@bluecrabs -Surprising, I used my AMEX card to access this lounge this Saturday
Are you talking about same Amex – There is jet airways platinum and there is Amex charge platinum
This is a fantastic lounge indeed. I visited last week. I got access by using my Priority Pass which I have with my US issued Citi Prestige Card.
