JetPrivilege conversion bonus of 30% for converting credit card points and those from other partners to JPMiles has returned in 2018. This is a regular promotion from JetPrivilege, which has been made many times in the past. Eligibility for this bonus is after a minimum conversion of 5,000 JPMiles. You get a 20% bonus for converting 5,000 to 19,999 JPMiles and a 30% bonus for converting 20,000 JPMiles and above. You even get a 500 JPMiles as a bonus if you are converting for the first time.

Register here if you are a part of any loyalty programs mentioned above and would like to convert them to JPMiles. As asked by many, Citibank transfers will not be valid in this case.

In this promotion, the bonus is applied per transaction and not on a cumulative basis. So, if a member tries to convert 2000 and 3000 JPMiles from two different partners or same partner, they will not be eligible for this promotion as the valuation of each conversion is less than 5000 JPMiles.

Secondly, when you transfer 20000 Starwood points to JetPrivilege, you get 25000 JPMiles in your account. Along with this 30% bonus, it means you get a total of 32500 JPMiles, so a cool 60% bonus on converting Starwood points to JPMiles.

Bottomline

It is an excellent opportunity to transfer some credit points to JPMiles. Secondly, if you get the 30% bonus, i.e., if you transfer to receive 20,000 or more JPMiles, it would be one of the highest bonuses on converting loyalty points to JPMiles.
