Every year, as the festive season rolls in, banks line up their credit card offers, hoping to nudge you into spending just a little more. IndusInd Bank has joined the fray once again with its Rewardz Festival 2025, a limited-time promotion running from September 22 through October 31, 2025.
IndusInd Rewardz Festival 2025
The structure remains familiar: cardholders must register by September 30 to qualify, and registration is limited to a select number of users this year. Once you’re in, the deal is straightforward on paper — meet a spending threshold and take home a bonus, with the choice of how you’d like your reward delivered.
That choice is perhaps the highlight of this year’s campaign. Instead of forcing everyone into a fixed voucher or points system, IndusInd Bank allows customers to choose between bonus points, brand vouchers, or direct cashback. In theory, that flexibility makes the offer more attractive, since different cardholders value their rewards differently.
If you’re someone who routinely extracts good value from IndusInd reward points — say, via transfer partners or discounted redemptions — you may find that option worthwhile. If you prefer simplicity, cashback offers a liquid benefit with no restrictions. And for those who enjoy a shopping voucher in hand during Diwali sales, there’s that option too. For instance, here are the three different offers I received on my three different IndusInd Bank Credit Cards.

Scratch a little deeper, though, and the fine print shows that the numbers don’t sparkle quite as much as they once did. Earlier editions of the Rewardz Festival could hand out rewards worth north of INR 15,000 to heavy spenders. This year, the cap appears to have shrunk closer to the INR 5,000 mark, making the upside less exciting for those who had planned to channel large spends through their IndusInd Bank credit cards. The exclusions are also worth noting. Transactions such as wallet loading or rent payments won’t count towards your thresholds. The rewards will only be credited ninety days after the campaign ends.
Another subtlety is in the effective return you actually realise. While IndusInd pitches the campaign as offering up to 7.5% back on spends, most users will likely see lower yields in practice. The offer is closer to 2–3% effective return, depending on thresholds and the chosen reward mode.
The following cards are excluded: IndusInd Bank Corporate Cards, IndusInd Bank Classic/Gold Credit Cards, InterMiles IndusInd Bank Odyssey Credit Card, InterMiles IndusInd Bank Voyage Credit Card, IndusInd Bank WorldMiles Credit Card and IndusInd Bank Chelsea Credit Card (“excluded cards”), Aura Edge Govt. credit Card, Samman Credit Card. Here are the complete Terms and Conditions (T&C) for your reference.
Bottomline
Overall, the IndusInd Rewardz Festival 2025 is still worth a look if you are an existing cardholder. It won’t set pulses racing in the way earlier editions did, but it does provide a chance to pocket a tidy bonus on spends you may have made anyway. The limited registration window means you should sign up early if you’re eligible, and then spend strategically rather than recklessly to meet the targets. This is not a promotion to alter your financial behaviour for. Still, if your festive shopping, travel bookings, or seasonal bills can naturally be paid with an IndusInd card, the festival rewards are a nice cherry on top.
