Hilton’s Big World Sale, which is on offer from May 13,2016  is offering HHonors members up to 25% off on their stay in the Asia Pacific & the Americas and up to 30% off in Europe, Middle East & Africa hotels.

The promotion details vary slightly by region and discounts percentages vary by hotel brands. The time frames for bookings also vary depending upon the region you are travelling to.

For Asia Pacific Hotels the booking period is open between May 13 to September 5, 2016 and the stay period is between May 16 to December 31, 2016. The good news is that unlike the Americas  and EMEA which have restrictions on arrival days, the Asia -Pacific hotels can be booked for any day through the week. • Americas: May 13 through September 2, 2016 for booking/May 17 through September 6, 2016 for stay/need to book 4 days in advance/Thursday-Sunday arrival only valid for sale.
• EMEA: May 13 through September 4, 2016 for booking/May 14 through October 9, 2016 for stay/need to book 3 days in advance/Friday-Sunday arrival (Europe), Thursday-Saturday arrival (Africa/ME) only valid for sale.
• Asia Pacific: May 13 through September 5, 2016 for booking/May 16 through December 31, 2016 for stay/need to book 3 days in advance.
• China: May 13 through August 23, 2016 for booking/May 15 through December 31, 2016 for stay/need to book 2 days in advance.

The common requirement under this promotion is that all reservations must be made directly with Hilton and a full prepayment is required, hence no leeway for amendments, cancellations or refunds. Blackout periods do apply for individual hotels.

Bottomline:

Since bookings are non-refundable, you may want to make use of this promotion only if your travel plans for the year are firm.
