Book by May 22 & get 25% off on IHG Hotels until December 2017

This May, IHG has launched a sale named IHG Escapes where everyone who books directly can enjoy a 25% off on IHG Hotels in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

IHG Escapes

This offer is open for all and all you need to do is book your choice of hotel in the sale region by May 22, 2017 for stays up to December 31,2017. On top of the 25% discount, IHG Rewards Club members will get an additional 3% off making the total discount value 28%.  To get the IHG Escapes discounted rate bookings must be done at least 7 days in advance. Also do make a note that all reservations under this offer are non-refundable and full payment is required for the entire stay period at the time of booking.

While there is no cap on the number of times rooms can be booked under this offer, a maximum of only 10 rooms can be booked under one reservation. Also, this offer excludes IHG hotels in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

I quickly checked the rates for a getaway to celebrate Ajay and mine upcoming anniversary in July and the regular rates at the Holiday Inn Goa are showing cheaper than the IHG Escapes rate.

While checking for a deal at a few other properties in Thailand , I realized that not all IHG hotels in the region are participating in this offer, like the Intercontinental Bangkok. For hotels that are participating a separate IHG Escapes rate will show up.  Infact, I checked 3 other IHG hotels in Singapore and could not find the discounted IHG Escapes rate there as well.

The availability of this offer is poor, but if you get it to work for you, nothing like it.

Let us know if you find a good deal under IHG Escapes promotion.
