HDFC Bank and Myntra have an on-again, off-again relationship. Myntra is now on HDFC Bank’s Engagement Portal, SmartBuy, to celebrate its anniversary sale, but only for a limited period.

HDFC Bank SmartBuy x Myntra 10X points promotion

A limited-time offer between March 1 and 11, 2025, allows HDFC Bank credit cardholders to earn 10X Reward Points on their Myntra purchases, only on full-swipe transactions (no EMIs).

Under this promotion, for every INR 150 spent on Myntra via SmartBuy, you earn 10X the usual reward points or 10% Cashback, depending on the card. Here is how this promotion works out for various HDFC Bank Credit Cards:

• Infinia: 10X Reward Points [Maximum spend of INR 50,000]
• Diners Club Black Metal, Biz Black Metal: 10X Reward Points [Maximum spend of INR 33,333]
• Diners Club Black: 10X Reward Points [Maximum spend of INR 8,333 daily, INR 25,000 monthly]
• Regalia, Diners Privilege, BizPower: 10X Reward Points [Maximum spend of INR 8,333 daily, INR 16,667 in total]
• Other credit cards: 10% Cashback [INR 10,000 spend]
• Debit card through web/mlite/PWA: 10% Cashback [INR 10,000 spend]

For Infinia, you earn 50 points/INR 150 spent (33%), with a monthly cap of 15,000 points on the Smartbuy Bonus to maximise the promotion up to INR 50,000 worth of shopping. Similar limits are available for DCB, DCB Metal, and BizBlack.

The benefits will be posted in 2 instalments:

• 5X Reward Points / 5% Cashback will be posted within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Incremental Reward Points / 5% Cashback will be posted within 90 days.

This computation assumes that all the 9X Bonus points will be accounted for from the March 2025 quota. If that is not the case, the limit will obviously increase. The T&C are unclear on that aspect.

Benefits will be posted only on successful transaction values, excluding refunds, reversals and cancellations. Posting of benefits will be subject to monthly & daily SmartBuy reward points and cashback capping.

From March 12, 2025, onwards, the benefit of 5x Reward Points / 5% Cashback will be applicable for Myntra via SmartBuy. Gold items purchased on Myntra via SmartBuy are not eligible for accelerated earnings.

Bottomline

For a limited period, Myntra and HDFC Bank Credit Cards offer a 10X Bonus on purchases from Myntra via the HDFC Bank Smartbuy website. The points will be posted in 2 parts, half now and half after 90 days. The promotion is valid through March 11, 2025.
