In a targetted promotion launched by Emirates, the airline is offering members of the Your World Rewards programme the airline runs in association with Marriott, an extra 2500 bonus Skywards Miles for their flights.

As a recap, the Your World Rewards programme was a legacy tie-up between Emirates and Starwood, which provided members of both travel companies’ loyalty programmes privileges on each others’ programme. The programme was put in the freezer during the merger of Marriott and Starwood but has been relaunched in July 2019 as a double-dip programme for Emirates and Marriott members.

As per the new programme, Marriott Bonvoy Elite members (Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite) earn 3 points per USD spent on all eligible Emirates flights, in addition to their regularly earned miles. Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members also enjoy the benefits such as priority check-in and priority boarding.

Emirates Skywards’ Silver, Gold and Platinum members, on the other hand, earn 1 Skywards mile per 1 USD spent on all eligible stays at Marriott Bonvoy hotels and resorts worldwide. Also, they receive benefits such as 4 pm late checkout, elite check-in and complimentary in-room WiFi.

Coming to the promotion, Emirates has sent Your World Rewards members a new promotion, which is offering them 2,500 bonus miles if they make a return flight booking by October 31, 2019, on Emirates, directly on the airline’s website.

The offer is only valid for one return Emirates flight booked between September 30 and October 31, 2019, for travel between September 30, 2019, and January 15, 2020. It is valid for the first return flight completed within the promotion period. To avail the bonus miles, you have to book a full revenue ticket (no award ticket, no cash & miles) online through emirates.com. Bonus Skywards Miles will be credited to your Emirates Skywards account within 48 hours of completing the return flight. Since this is a targetted offer, you need to check your email if you received the promotion or not. Also, if you received this promotion, you need to credit the flight to Emirates Skywards to receive the bonus miles.
