Registrations are now open for Starwood’s newest promotion called SPG Double Take. Like the name suggests under this offer members can earn double points when staying at SPG properties between January 16 and April 15, 2017.

The  Double Take promotion is valid for stays at all Starwood properties across the world without any exceptions and you earn double points on your first 3 stays during the offer period. Registration is required and you must register by March 15,2017.

Keep in mind that only the base earning of two Starpoints per USD spend will be doubled and elite status extra Starpoints earnings will not gain the doubled Starpoints. The bonus points will posted to your account within a time period of 2-4 weeks after completing the eligible stay.

While we don’t find this promotion particularly exciting, it’s worth registering for the offer if you have  stays coming up at Starwood hotels. Also Marriott Rewards is running the same offer under their Megabonus promotion, so you always have the option to earn bonus Marriott Rewards points and then transfer them to SPG.
