Vistara continues to grow its partnerships for the Club Vistara programme as it sees an open market for itself, and there is no real airline-affiliated loyalty programme to challenge it for the time being. The current transfer partners for Club Vistara include American Express, Diners Club, Yes Bank, IndusInd Bank and Axis Bank.

Another new partner has now been added to the list, and this is the first partner from the hotel industry for Vistara. ITC Hotels’ Club ITC programme is now a transfer partner with Club Vistara.

Club Vistara / Club ITC Transfer partnership

You can now transfer your Club ITC Green Points to Club Vistara Points at the rate of 3 Green Points to 2 CV Points and redeem them for Award Flights on Vistara and its airline partners. A minimum transfer of 600 Green Points is required per transfer request and after that in multiples of 150 Green Points. A maximum of 60,000 Green Points may be transferred per member per calendar year. Points will be credited to Club Vistara in 2-3 weeks, as per Club ITC. You can initiate a transfer in two ways:

• Write to clubitc.care@itc.in to request for transfer of your Club ITC Green Points to Club Vistara Points. Specify your Club Vistara ID along with your Club ITC membership ID and the number of Green Points to be transferred to Club Vistara Points.
• Log in to your Club ITC membership account and place the transfer request under the “Redeem” section.

Club Vistara Elites get exclusive tier-match on Club ITC through 2021

To celebrate the launch of the new partnership, Club Vistara elite members will also get status matches on Club ITC. The Status Match offer is pretty liberal, and all Club Vistara Platinum and Gold members will be enrolled into Club ITC Gold Tier. Club Vistara Silver Tier members will be enrolled into Club ITC Silver.

ITC Hotels operate under four distinct brands with more than 100 hotels in over 70 destinations in the country. ITC’s hotel group operates under four distinct brands; ‘ITC Hotel’ at the Luxury end, ‘Welcomhotel’ in the 5-star segment, ‘Fortune’ in the mid-market to upscale segment, and ‘WelcomHeritage’ in the heritage leisure segment. How to Apply for a Tier Match?

The Club ITC Tier Match is a limited time offer and valid for status match applications made between September 18 and November 30, 2020. Those who will be approved will get membership benefits of the respective Club ITC tier till December 31, 2021, and post which their activity will be evaluated to see what status to grant them. To get the status match, you will need to share a scanned copy of your Club Vistara membership card or latest account summary to clubitc.care@itc.in along with preferred email id, mobile number, and the resident city. Post validation, eligible Club Vistara members will be enrolled on to the relevant tier of the Club ITC programme.

Bottomline

Club ITC is one of the most underrated loyalty programmes and works very well at ITC hotels as I hear from the regulars. Club ITC members can now transfer their Green Points to Club Vistara (which also includes Club Culinaire Points earned via the Dining programme). As a special promotion, Club Vistara elites can also receive a free upgrade on Club ITC till December 2021 if they act fast and match their status now.
