The USA CDC is going to close down their health screening plan for those arriving from outside the USA into the country with effect from September 14, 2020.
Singapore institutes pre-departure CoVid-19 negative tests for those with recent travel history to India
Indians and other nationalities who are planning to fly into Singapore will be subject to a CoVid-19 negative test pre-departure as well. This new condition has been only imposed on those who have travelled or been in India over the past 14 days before departing to Singapore.

Who can travel in and out of India? (August 2020 update)

August 8 onwards, present a CoVid-19 negative certificate and skip institutional quarantine on arrival in India
From August 8, 2020, onwards, you may not have to quarantine on arrival in India. This would be decided on a case to case basis, but made possible if you have a recent CoVid-19 negative test report before starting your flight to India.

Europe is opening up from July 1. Indians are not welcome for now
The European Union has begun to open up from July 1 onwards. As a first step, residents of 15 countries will be allowed to come to the EU for non-essential travel. India is not on the list.
