AirAsia India has applied for an international flying permit. They inducted their twentieth and twenty-first aircraft with registrations, VT-KUL and VT-BKK hinting at the initial international destinations they will fly to.

Virgin Atlantic is launching a new service between London and Mumbai, which will operate on the 787-9 aircraft. This new flight will cover some of the base lost by the loss of Jet Airways.
Airbus’s A220 aircraft, which was acquired by them from Bombardier last year, has been primed up for longer flights now. The A220 will be able to fly an added range in the coming days.
