Should you avail this promotion?
This promotion keeps returning ever so often, including in August 2016 and May 2017. JetPrivilege also makes many flash sales where the add-on bonus is flat.
Remember, sometimes JPMiles are a boon for last minute trips domestically as well as internationally. However, always check the price of the ticket versus the cost of the miles being sold to compare where do you come out ahead. So, if you need the JPMiles, you should look at the promotion right now.
they are also running bonus JPmiles for conversion.Up to 30% bonus JPmiles. from 13.03.2018 to 15.04.2018
Sorry , Misread, its 1.08 INR with the 40% bonus and the cpm equivalent would be 1.66 ; which is decent; India to Australia one way in business is 70000 miles which is about $1163.
Assuming you buy 30000 miles at 1.48 INR per mile. thats 44400 INR or approx USD 683 which is about 2.27 cpm which is what we use as a measurement in the US. Given JP Miles horrendous redemption chart I say this is a bad deal even at 40% discount, agree? or am I wrong somewhere?
